  • Direct Sales Executives : 50 posts, Age : 21-35 years as on 01/06/2009. Age relaxation as per rules., Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India.   • Divisional Manager / Assistant General Manager : Candidates to head Audit & Inspection department of the Bank in either of the above designations depending upon his/her experience and expertise. This is a Senior Management position in the organisation. The candidate should be around 45 years and should preferably be a CA with minimum 15 years experience in Audit, including experience of at least 7 years in the Audit & Inspection department of a Bank or Financial institution in a Middle Management/ Senior Management position. Qualification and experience in Systems Audit would be an added advantage.
  • Divisional Manager - HR Management : This is a Senior Manager position and would be reporting to the DGM, HRM & Corporate Functions. He/she should be an MBA in HR from a recognised university. Specialisation in Labour Laws will be an added advantage. A post qualification experience of minimum 7 years in the HR department of any corporate or bank is necessary. The candidate should be between 38 and 45 years of age.
  • Junior / Middle Management Grade : Credit processing officials in the Junior or Middle Management grade of the Bank. The candidate should be a CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance with a minimum of 2 years of post qualification experience especially in Financial analysis. The major work profile for these would be processing of industrial credit proposals.
Remuneration will be comparable with the best in the industry.
