NSIC requires Management Trainees in the Business Development and Finance & Accounts disciplines :

• Business Development : 2 years degree in MBA/ PGDBM with specialisation in Marketing OR Degree in Engineering. Should be computer literate.
• Finance & Accounts: CA/ ICWA OR full time professional degree in MBA with specialisation in Finance/ M.Com. regular. Should be computer literate.

Age : 21-28 years. Age relaxation as per rules.

Stipend : Rs.15000/- pm as trainee for first years and Rs.20000/- pm in second years.
After successful

 training, the Management Trainee will be absorbed as Dy. Manager andDy. Manager (Accounts) in the IDA scale of pay of Rs.8600-250-14600.
