Project I & II
To promote & develop business for lifestyle living (condo hotels & speciality villas) with international amenities (jogging track, club house, spa, gymnasium & others) to HNIs / NRIs, The Ultra Rich & Corporates who value a luxurious living with an investment opportunity.
Project III
To promote commercial properties in large township at outskirts of Mumbai to Traders & retailers, investors & corporates.
Overall purpose of the position is identifying & presenting to the right clientele the concept of condo hotel & speciality Villas & commercial properties. Work closer to deliver top clan presentation. Responsible for correlating the concept with clients expectation from project.
Desired :
Candiddate must be MBA with 0-2 yrs experience in Business Development with good Sales Acumen. Candidate must have passion to build the relation with HNIs, NRIs, Corporate, Investors, Retailers & traders.
