Section Officer (Commercial Audit) Examination-2009

Job Description : Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold on 14/06/2009 on an open competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Section Officer (Commercial Audit) Group B Non - Gazetted Post in the office of Comptroller and Audit General in the Pay Band PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4800 all over country.

(SC-36, ST-18,OBC-64,UR-122), 04 vacancies are reserved for OH and o3 for HH.

Age : 18 to 27 years as on 09/04/2009. Relaxation for certain categories as per prevailing rules.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce of a recognised University/ CA/ ICWA/CS from recognised institutions.

Written Exam : The Examination will consist of two stages/parts viz. Part-I : Written Examination carrying 400 marks, and Part-II : Personality Test (Interview) carrying maximum of 100 marks.

Part I (Written Exam) : the wrtitten exam will be conducted on 14/06/2009 (Sunday) and will consist of two papers as Paper-I (General Awareness - 75 marks, Arithmatical Ability - 50 marks and English 75 marks) and Paper-II (conventional Type - Commerce - 200 marks)
