Job Description :
1. All admin related work, maintenance of office equipment.
2. General agreements and contracts dealing with govt
offices like- BMC, PT, PF, ESIC.
3. Arranging for seminars, conference.
4. Supervising canteen, transport and security related work.
5. Hotel bookings
6. Communicating with electricity board and Airtel , TATA.
7. Taking care of office mobile phones.
8. Liaison With Govt body
9.Co-ordination with branches / Seniors.
10. Vendor Management
Desired :
1. Graduate with 3 years experience in the same field.
2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
3. Good negotiation and organization skills.
