Job Description :
Responsible for looking after the commercial activities of the department in accordance with the commercial & statutory guidelines, Specific duties and responsibilities
To Arrange Bank Guarantee. Collecting C Form, Order Booking & Insurance of every job.
To develop good contacts with Accounts Departments of major customers and bank officials to ensure timely documentation, collection of payments and required forms.
Raising of Sales Orders/ Invoices.
To ensure all commercial dealings are in accordance with prevailing rules and practices of the local area.
Desired :
Excellent MS- Office skills (especially advanced knowledge of Excel), tax, bank guarantee, LC etc
