Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Location: Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs

Education: B.Com or MBA/PGDM - Marketing

Job Description:
Sales, Marketing and Leasing of Commercial & Residential properties meetings with Real Estate Customers for their requirements
Preparation of proposals and presentation
Should have skills to manage and develop broker network
Survey & Research of Real Estate Market and prepare reports
Maintain Database of enquiries / Post Transaction.
Should be aware of Real Estate norms in relation to various Government Acts, Rules and Regulations
Meeting with identified clients for Business Development
Co-ordinating through Telephone, E-mail with identified client base.
Client database Management.
Co-ordinating with clients for Outstanding Payments.
Raise billing for services provided and ensure revenue realization
Co-ordinate and follow up with advertising agency for advertisements
Provide new ideas for Sales promotion and expansion

Desired:
Should be presentable
Good communication
knowledge of Real Estate Sales Marketing
Good command on Computers
Self motivated and Target oriented
Deal professionally with clients
Excellent written and spoken English is must.
Fast learner with good Interpersonal Skills.
