SBI Custodial Services Pvt Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of SBI which would be converted
into a Joint Venture Company with Société Générale Securities Services, a division of Société
Générale group and will offer Custodial and related services to FIIs and Domestic institutional
clients.
I The Company seeks suitable candidates for the positions listed below
1. Compliance Officer
Requirements:
• Graduate preferably in Law with Company Secretary qualification or other professional
qualifications related to the financial sector.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in
Regulatory Compliance or equivalent.
2. HR Manager
Requirements:
• Graduate or above with specialization in HR
• At least 3 years exposure in similar area
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services Sector or equivalent.
3. Manager- Risk Legal & Taxation
Requirements:
• Graduate in law
• Desirable: Professional qualifications relating to Risk / Taxation
• Minimum 3 years exposure in related areas in the financial/capital market areas
4. Assistant Manager- Corporate Actions
Requirements
• Graduate
• Minimum 3 years experience in Custody operations
• Expertise in CA processes in Indian environment.
5. Assistant Manager- Settlements
Requirements
• Graduate
• Minimum 3 years experience in Custody / Settlement operations
• Expertise in settlement process as well as DP in Indian environment.
6. Associates/ Executives- Corporate actions/Clearing & settlement
Requirements
• Graduate
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Broking house/ DP/ Custodian
