a) Deputy General Manager : Total Posts 12
1) Technical : 10 Posts
Age : Upper Age Limit is 40 Years
Pay Scale : 16000-400-20800 , CTC - 6.75
Qualification : Graduate/Deploma in Textile Engineering with 12 Year and 15
year Experience respectively.
2) Human Resource : 01 Post
Age : 40 Years
Pay Scale : 16000-400-20800 , CTC-6.75
Qualification : Post Graduate degree/ MBA with 12 Year experience and
PG Deploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation with 15 year
Experinece.Preference will be given to those having Law degree.
3) Marketing : 01 Post
Age : 40 Years
Pay Scale : 16000-400-20800 , CTC-6.75
Qualification : Post Graduate Degree/MBA with 12 years experience or PG
Deploma with 15 Years experience in Markting. Prefrence will be given to those
having Law Degree
b) Management Trainee : Total Posts 33
1) Technical : Graduate in Textile Engineering ( 08 Posts)
2) Human Resouce : PG Degree/MBA/MSW in HR Personnel (06 Posts)
3) Marketing : PG Degree/MBA in Marketing (05 Posts)
4) Finance : CA/ISWA/MBA in finance (11 Posts)
5) Engineering : Graduate in Electric/Electroninc Engineering (03 Posts)
Stipend : In 1st year 10000, then after successfull completion of training , Trainee will be placed in the scale of Rs. 6550-200-11350
Age : Upper Age Limit 28 Years
CTC : 2.80
c) Supervisor : Total Posts 25
Age : 28 Years
Pay Scale : Rs 6000-160-10000 , CTC-2.60
Qualification : Deploma in Textile Engineering with 5 year experience.
FEE :A non-refundable ‘Account Payee’ demand draft for Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of
National Textile Corporation Ltd. on any Nationalised Bank payable at New Delhi,
is to be enclosed along with the prescribed application form. No other mode of
payment is acceptable. Candidates should mention their name and address on
the reverse side of the DD. No fee is payable by SC / ST candidates and other
persons with disability (PWD).
Selection Procedure : Eligible Candidate will be called for Written Test followed by interview. Travelling allowence will be paid to the candidate came for Interview on basis of journey proof.
