1. DY. GENERAL MANAGER (HUMAN RESOURCE): TMGS-VI; Total Post 1.
2. DY. GENERAL MANAGER (CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS): TMGS-VI; Total Post 1.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 

1. DGM (HR): Graduation with 60% and Post Graduation with Human Resources.
2. DGM (Corporate Comm.): Graduation with 60% and Post Graduation in given subjects.

• WORK EXPERIENCE: 10 years relevant experience. 

• AGE (as on 31st Dec. 2009):  35 - 50 years for both posts. 

SELECTION PROCEDURE: Group Discussion and a Personal Interview.
