Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd. with its almost 90 years old heritage a bank committed to total excellence requires candidates for filling staff at the post of clerk. Following are the details given as per information from official sources:

POST - CLERK - A Graduate with minimum 55% marks or a Post Graduate, from a recognized University with regular course and having adequate knowledge of Computer.

AGE (as on 31st March 2010)- Maximum For Graduates 24 years and 26 for Post Graduates (relaxation as per rules).

APPLICATION FEE: Rs. 200/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST candidates) payable by DD/ Banker Cheque (an instrument issued by same city bank where it is payable is called Banker Cheque or Pay Order) in favour of TAMILNAD MERCANTILE BANK LTD. and payable at Thoothukudi/ Tuticorin.

PROCEDURE OF SELECTION: Candidate have to appear for written examination at one of the given centers (most of centers are in South Zone) and subsequently for the interview if clears written.


HOW TO APPLY:

1. Get a DD/ Banker Cheque issued as per instructions given above.
2. Register yourself on TMB server and get a user id and password.
3. Log in using your user id and password.
4. Upload  your complete resume on the server.
5. Then apply online for the job using option "Click Here to Apply for this job online".
6. After applying online take a print out of the application and attach the copies of required documents with DD as applicable. Original Certificates need not to be sent. Send the envelope superscribed "APPLICATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF CLERKS 2010. APPLICATION SERIAL NO.      )
