Deputy Manager - 40 years
Assistant Manager - 37 Years
Supervisor- 37 Years
QUALIFICATION :
Deputy Manager - B.Sc (Microbiology / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Biotechnology) OR Graduation in Pharmacy from a recognized university. Candidate should be an approved manufacturing chemist from any of the central/state FDA authorities in the manufacture of in vitro diagnostic reagents / kits. Those with post graduation in the above disciplines will be preferred.
Assistant Manager - Full time MBA (HR) / MSW(PM&IR) / PGDPM (equivalent to MBA) / MA (PMIR).LLB Desirable.
Supervisor : B.Sc (Microbiology / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Biotechnology) OR Graduation in Pharmacy from a recognized university.

EXPERIENCE :
Deputy Manager - 10 Years in a manufacturing of immunological and Bio-chemical Rapid test and ELISA kits
Assistant Manager - 1 to 3 yr in Human Resource Development functions in large scale manufacturing units.
Supervisor - 2 to 3 years in manufacturing of In-vitro diagnostics / pharmaceuticals and shop floor management.
