The World Bank, the leading multilateral organization in global economic development, requires professionals for its Resource Management Advisory (RMA) unit in Chennai, India. RMA provides help-desk support to Bank staff engaged in financial processes and transactions.

General Description
The Business Process Assistant will be responsible for resolving client queries related to financial processes and transactions. This includes resolving queries through phone and e-mail, and updating technical documentation.

Working Hours
The working hours for the position will be from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. EST (Washington, DC). The position is based in Chennai .
Note: If the selected candidate is a current Bank Group staff member with a Regular or Open-Ended appointment, s/he will retain his/her Regular or Open-Ended appointment. All others will be offered a 2 year renewable term appointment.

Duties and Accountabilities Responsibilities
The Business Process Assistant will be responsible for:
·         Gathering and analyzing client queries
·         Accurately resolving client queries
·         Maintaining the Turn Around Time (TAT)
·         Documenting policies and processes

Selection Criteria Skills required
Candidates for the position must possess the following specialized skills:
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Strong analytical skills
·         Ability to assess client needs
·         Ability to execute tasks independently

Education & Experience
The candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree. Fresh graduates are welcome.
