BVFCL emerged as a new Company in 2002 after its de-merger from Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Ltd. BVFCL having two Ammonia and two Urea plants in operation with total production capacity of 5.55 lakh MT of Urea per annum invites applications from Indian nationals for the following posts:

a) GM (Unit) : 01 Post , Pay scale : Rs.20500-26500/- ,Age Limit(Max) : 55years , Qulification :BE /BTech in ChemicalEngineering , Experience : 20 years
b)DGM (Finance) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs.18500-23900, Age : 55 years , Qualification : C.A. or I.C.W.A. , Experience : 12-15 years
c) Chief Manager (HR) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs.17500-22300 , Age : 52year
Qualification : MBA/ PGDM inPersonnel Mgmt & IR/HR or equivalent.Degree in Law will bean added advantage , Experience : 14 years
d) Chief Personnel Officer/Sr. Personal Officer : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs14500-18700/- , Rs.13000-18250/- , Age : 50/48 years, Qualification : MBA/ PGDM inPersonnel Mgmt & IR/HR or equivalent.Degree in Law will be
an added advantage. experience : 10/08 years
e) Dy.Finance Manager /Astt.Finance Manager : 01(OBC) , Pay Scale : Rs.14500-18700/- , Rs.13000-18250/- ,Age :50/48 years , Qualification : CA or I.C.W.A. , experience : 50/48 years
f) Chief Administrative Officer/Senior Administrative Officer : 02 Posts(OBC-01,UR(PH)-01) , Pay Scale : Rs.14500-18700/- , Rs.13000-18250/- , Age : 50/48 years , Qualification : Post graduate in any discipline preferably MBA/ Public administration. LLB degree desirable. Experience : 10/08 years
g) Dy.Chief Vigilance Officer/Sr. Vigilance Officer : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs.14500-18700/- , Rs.13000-18250/- , Age : 50/48 years , Qualification : MBA/PG degree in any discipline. LLB degree desirable. Experience : 10/08 years
h) Area Manager(Marketing)  : 04 Posts(UR-02,SC-01,ST-01) , PayScale : Rs. 13000-18250/- , Age : 48 Years , Qualification : MSc(Agri)/ BSc (Agri) MBA in Marketing desirable. Experience : 08/10 years
