Punjab National Bank Housing Finance Ltd. requires Management Trainees. Details can be sought as given below:

POST: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE; Total Vacancies 40;  Pay Scale: 10000 - 18240 (CTC Rs. 412000/- p.a. includes DA, HRA, CCA, Sumptury, Conveyance, Medical Reimbursement, LTC and other benefits; CTC under upward revision also)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: MBA Degree/ 2 Years full time diploma OR MFC/CA/ICWA OR Masters in Economics/ Commerce from a Govt. approved Institute/ University with at least 55% marks.

Experience is not essential but relevant experience would be a plus point. Computer knowledge is essential qualification for the given post. The post qualification experience (if any) should be full time. Candidates whose results are awaited need not to apply.

• AGE (as on 1st January 2010): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 28 years. 

SELECTION PROCEDURE: Written Test comprising Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, Group Discussion and Interview.

PROBATION AND DEED OF INDEMNITY: 1 year probation  time (extend-able at discretion). Deed of Indemnity requires a candidate have to work minimum 3 years else he/she liable to pay Rs. 1 lac to the company.

TEST CENTRE: Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata. 

APPLICATION FEE: Rs. 400/- for all candidates.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: 

1. Get a Demand Draft issued favoring "PNB HOUSING FINANCE LTD" payable at NEW DELHI.
2. Apply Online ensuring a valid e-mail ID before applying and a DD issued between 8th March 2010 up to 23rd March 2010.
3. Take a print out of the system generated printout of the application. This system generated printout of the application should be signed by the candidate and brought to the examination hall along with DD, required documents and Call letters downloaded from web site.
