AllBank Finance Ltd. (ABFL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allahabad Bank, is looking for professionals for its Merchant Banking activities at its Corporate office, Mumbai.

1. Business Head - Debt Syndication & MF Distribution : Experience professional with capital market exposure of 8-10 years with proven track record of sourcing, syndication and execution of debt deals as well as with exposure to the distribution of financial products to the institutional segment. Position call for target driven performance with attractive incentive structure.
2. Manager Secretarial & Legal : ACS with relevant experience to look after secretarial, legal and compliance matters of the company. The job involves co-ordination with regulatory authorities, exchanges and other entities. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
3. Executives : CA/ CS/ MBA (Finance) with 2-3 years of Merchant Banking experience such as Due delignece, Corporate Finance/ Debt Syndication and distribution of Mutual Fund Products. Sound functional knowledge, networking abilities and effective liaisoning with institutional clients will be key deliverable. Fresh Management Graduate with Finance specialisation will be considered as Executive Trainees.

Remuneration will not be a contraint for right candidates and will commensurate with qualification and experience.
