Baitarani Gramya Bank invites applications from Indian citizens, for the posts in Officer Middle Management Grade (Scale III), Officer Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer Junior Management Grade (Scale- I) and Office Assistant (Multipurpose). The detail procedures and the terms and conditions have been enumerated hereunder:-

  1. Officer MMGS – III Group A: Total Posts – 2 (Gen – 2); Pay Scale: Rs. 25700 – 31500. Eligibility: a. Law officer:- Degree of recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Experience: - Minimum five years as an Officer in any Bank or Financial Institution.  b. Treasury Officer:-Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a reputed Institute. Experience:- Minimum five years experience as an Officer in any Bank or Financial Institution. Age: 21 – 40.

  1. Officer MMGS – II Group A: Total Posts – 1 (Gen – 1); Pay Scale: Rs. 19400 – 28100.  Marketing Officer:- MBA in Marketing from any Institute of repute.  Experience : - One year. Age: 21 – 32.

  1. Officer JMGS – I Group A: Total Posts – 20 (SC – 2, OBC – 5, Gen – 13); Pay Scale: Rs. 14500 – 25700. a)Graduate Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent. (b) Knowledge of English and Oriya is essential. (c) Preference will be given to candidates who are computer literates in MS-DOS, MS-WORD, MS-EXCEL, and Networking etc. Age: 18 – 28.

  1. Officer Assistant (Multipurpose) Group – B: Total Posts – 39 (SC – 14, ST – 6, OBC – 6, Gen – 13); Pay Scale: Rs. 7200 – 19300. (i) Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized university in any discipline. (ii) (a) Essential: Proficiency in local language i. e. Odiya. (b) Desirable: Knowledge of Computer skills. Age: 18 – 28.

Application Fee: For any post: Rs. 50/- for SC/ ST/ Physically challenged/ Ex – Serviceman candidates. Rs. 400/- for others.

The each post selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Written Test and Interview. For post 1, 2 and 3, Probation period is 2 years and for Post 4 Probation Period is of 1 year only.

1. Download the Payment Challan by visiting the link given below and take a print out of the payment challan, fill properly and pay the applicable fee by visiting any of Baitarani Gramya Bank Branch OR Bank of India Branch.

Pay the fee directly through NEFT (It is a electronic fund transfer method, you can visit any Bank’s branch and give the details as given in the detailed in the advertisement).

2. Visit the Bank’s website and apply online by visiting the link given below and fill up the application available. Fill in the required information and submit the application form online. They should not send this print out to the Bank.

LAST date: Fee payment and application should be submitted on line up to 15.7.2011. Tentative date for the examination for post 1, 2 and 3 is 21.08.2011 and for post 4 is 28.08.2011.
